By submitting payment to participate as a vendor at the Mother's Day Night Market hosted by Di Luna Candles, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Confirmation:
All vendors must send a screenshot of their payment via email: dilunaevents@gmail.com to confirm and reserve their vendor spot. Spots are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

Group Chat Inclusion:
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be added to our official vendor group chat for event updates and communication.

Vendor Fee Policy:
Vendor fees are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees.
All vendor fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. We maintain a zero-refund policy under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in scheduling.
