Vendor Payment Disclaimer – Tucson Desert Market at Di Luna Candles

By submitting payment to participate as a vendor at the TucsonDesert Market hosted by Di Luna Candles, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Confirmation:
   All vendors must send a screenshot of their payment via Instagram to confirm and reserve their vendor spot. Spots are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

2. Group Chat Inclusion:
   Once your payment is confirmed, you will be added to our official vendor group chat for event updates and communication.

3. Vendor Fee Policy:
   Vendor fees include all applicable taxes and processing fees.
   All vendor fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. We maintain a zero-refund policy under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in scheduling.

By paying the vendor fee, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
